Flower Communion, Blooming Forth, Child Dedications

On May 12, 1961, the American Unitarian Association and the Universalist Church of America merged. Today, we also celebrate our UU Flower Festival and sharing the blessings of flowers with one another. Plus, we welcome more children into our community who we pledge to lift up and support. Please bring flowers for one another as we celebrate the Unitarian and the Universalist in each of us, on this anniversary 63 years after the great merger.

I sense in RevD a serious effort to review where UUCW is at this challenging point, coming out of a pandemic and with budget challenges. She is taking full advantage of her brief time as full-time minister to triage major tasks, envision new and creative ways to engage church members, and prioritize future developments within a tough budget forecast
